Corn., Otabuliu, George Robert Mar,in, son of a respeciable farmer of East T'amak 1, was charged wdh s.eu mg a gen, value £7 10s, the property of Major Shepherd ;und also with se.tmg fire to his father’s house. A nu mber of tr- ..ides, declared by the prisoner as being destroyed by tlio five were found by Constable Walker in a new ba king on the same farm, about ft qum ter of a mile from the one burnt. The accused was fully committed for trial at the next sitting of tho Supreme Court.
