Thieves, Receivers and Queen's Evidence

Per Press Association. Chkistchuech, August 9. William Henry Gillbanks was committed for trial this afternoon on another charge of receiving goods stolen from the Direct Importing Company by Thomas Harris and Thomas E. Bolter. Harris received three months hard labor for stealing this lot. The charge against Potter was withdrawn and he gave evidence against the others.
