Sydney, May 10. The Eastern Extension Telegraph Company have submitted to the Australian Governments a proposal for a guarantee of their annual revenue, based op. the average of the past three years, for a period of thirteen years, the tariff between England and Australia to be four shillings per word, and the company to have freedom from compensation.
