MARCH MEETING Bobby Calf Trade The March meeting of the Matamata Farmers’ Union was held on Friday. Mr. F. C. Bush presided. WATERING PIGS Referring to a letter in the outward correspondence, written to an auctioneering firm, expressing the .gratification of the branch at the company’s-action in providing a man to hose the pig pens at the yards, Mr. Bush said that he had’ asked the man if he was watering the pigs regularly. The man had replied that he and his son did the work regularly at the Morrinsville and Matamata sales.
