Matamata. Miss B. Bates, of Matamata, is spending some months in Whangarei. Miss E. Carter, of Whangarei, is the guest of Miss W. Banks, of Matamata. ~ - Miss A. Sutherland,, of Okauia, who captained .tjje Piako B hockey team in the matches in Auckland, has returned to' Matamata. Miss E. Radcliffe, of Auckland, formerly, of Matamata, is the guest of Mr. and Mrs. Adams, of Matamata. Putaruru. Mr. and Mrs. K. Bicknell, who have been on a holiday to Gisborne, returned on Wednesday.. Miss Montgomery, of Mt. Eden, who has been on a visit to Mrs. J. Christie, returned home on Friday. Mrs. Blomfield, of Chicago, with her son and daughter, is on a visit to her sister, Mrs. C. Neil. Miss Page, of Christchurch, and Mrs. Morley, of Te Aroha, were the guests of Mrs. Mullane last week. Mr. S. Lewis, of the Putaruru branch of the Bank of New Zealand, left on Tuesday on his annual leave. Mr. Johns, of Thames, is relieving him. Mrs. L. S. Addenbrooke, of Lichfield, left for Wanganui last week, to be present at the wedding of her son Leo, who was married yesterday. Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Crabb, who for many years have been residents of Lichfield, and will be much missed, left yesterday for their new home at Morrinsville. 1
Morrinsville. Miss R. Wilson spent the week-end with her parents at Auckland. Mr. and Mrs. T. Sanders spent the week-end at Auckland. Miss V. Clark spent the week-end with her sister at Pukekohe. Miss E. Cunnold has been on a short visit to her parents at Paeroa. . Miss P. Seville, of the Waikato Hospital nursing staff, is spending a holiday with her parents, Dr. and Mrs. G. E. Seville, Mrs. E. Rutland, of Te Awamutu, has been staying with Mrs. A. W. Fielder. Mrs. E. B. Fraser, of Sydney, is staying with her „ sister, Mrs. C. Brown, of Hangawera road. Miss E. Lloyd, of Whatawhata, has been staying at Annandale, Piako. Mrs. P. Gorrie, of Auckland, was a visitor to Morrinsville for the hunt on Saturday. Mrs. W. Hames and small daughter, of Paparoa, North Auckland, are staying with Mrs. W. R. Lowry, Kurunui. Mr, and Mrs. N. McNaughton, of Rangiriri, have been staying with Mr. and Mrs, P. McNaughton, Hereone.
