Banks, last year’s runner-up, who beat the well-known skip, P. Stewart, in the final after a close and interesting game. Details of the games are : E. C. Banks 18, F. Livingstone 13 ; E. C. Mr. success was greeted with , a hearty round of applause from club members present and also from his opponent, who extended his warm congratulations. MATAMATA v.
