ART IN VIENNA.

Women are not admitted as members of the art societies in Vienna, so a year ago the leading artists among them formed their own society. Thfey held a highly successful exhibition of painting, sculpture and graphic art in Austria, after which the outstanding artists were invited to send their work to Lon-; don. This year the Vienna women artists held an exhibition devoted entirely to the home. It was intended to show how art could be brought to the service of daily life.
