PERSONAL NOTES.

Mr Robt. Salmond of the Christchurch branch of the Bank of N.Z.,, is spending his annual leave with his parents, Mr and Mrs J. Salmond. Mr and Mrs J. Olsen (Cecil Peak) were amongst those who returned from Dunedin on Friday. Mr and Mrs V. Scandrett left Queenstown on Friday morning on an extended visit to the. North Island. Mr and Mrs G. H. Shaw of Mosgiel motored to Queenstown on Thursday and proceeded next day to their Elfin Bay station. Mrs Shaw returned to Mosgiel on Saturday. Messrs E. Monson, J. Edgar, W. Veint, Jno. Mackenzie and W. D. Wan-en all returned from Dunedin on Friday last.
