SOCIETY WOMEN WILL SELL MILK.
Chicargo society is interested in news from Lake Forest that Mrs. Scott Durand, author and social leader, was about to open a modern dairy and sell pure milk and thick cream. The news occasioned something more than a mild sensation. Friends telephoned to Mrs. Durand and discovered the report to be true. They asked questions, and found the proprietoress of the new enterprise bad gone so far in her [.'bins as to have named it Crab Tree Dairy. "I am opening this dairy because I want the relaxation." said Mrs. Durand. "Cor years 1 have gi\eu much of my time to literary work and to Christian Science, and I find 1 needed a change. 1 am heartily interested in this new business and have decided to go into it on a scientific and commercial basis."
