GORE HORSE BAZAAR.

Wright Stephenson and Co., Ltd., report having held their usual weekly sale of horses on Saturday, Ist September. Altogether abont 40 were entered. With the exception of Mr T. Ryder's consignment, and a few other good sorts, the entry consisted chiefly of aged, done and inferior horses. Good young sound draught mares and geldings •old at from £3B up to £sl, tbe latter price being obtained for a mare out of Mr Ryder's consignment. A fine upstanding gelding out of Mr S. Fletcher's lot also brought £SO. Following are some of the prices :—1 gelding £42 10i, 1 do £4l 10s, 1 do £3B, 1 do £SO, 1 mare £sl, 1 filly £34, 1 do £33; other draughts, aged and inferior, from £l2 up to £26. Hacks sold up to £lO.
