Rabb tikins.—We offered a very large catalogue on Monday, but regret to report that prices, in sympathy with the London Market, showed a decline of from 3d to 4d per lb. Our top price for small was 3£d, and anmniers made up to BJd, autumns to 13|d, winters to 14£ d, winter bucks to 15fd, winter does to 18d, fawns to 12id, and blacks to Ilk per lb. Horsehair sold up to I7jd per lb. Sheepskins.—We offered s large catalogue at our sale on Tuesday, competition being keen and prices much on a par with last week's. Merinos made up to Bfcd, J-bred to to IOJd, fine x-breds to lOd, and coarse x-breds to Bfd per lb. We can confidently recommend consignments being sent in at present. Hides.—No sale since last report. Tallow and fat—All coming forward meets with a ready sale at last rates. Oats.—There is a good enquiry for seed lines, but the market is somewhat easier for other quslition. Quotations :—Seed lines 2s 5d to 2s 9d, prime milling 2s 3d to 2s 4d, good to best feed 2s 2d to 2s 3d medium 2s to 2s Id, inferior Is lOd to Is JHd per bushel. Wheat—Business is practically suspended pending the outcome of the present Tariff Proposals. Quotations :—Prime milling (nominally) 3s 5d to 3s 6d, Tuscan to 3s 7d, medium 3a 3d to 3s 4d, whole fowl wheat 3s Id to 3s 2d, broken and damaged 2s 9d to 3s per bushel. Potatoes. —The market continues firm, prices being well maintained. Quotations : Good seed lines £l2 to £l3, best table sorts £ll to £ll 15s, medium to good £9 10s to £lolos, inferior £7 to £9, small £5 t* £6 par ton. Chaff. —Supplies are now more plentiful, but there is still a good enquiry for prime oaten sheaf. Medium and inferior, however, are harder to place at reduced prices. Prime oaten sheaf £4 t* £4 2s 6d, medium £3 10s to £3 15s, discoloured and lighc £3 to £3 5s per ton.
