In connection with the appointment of Mr Richmond Dunn (Wanganui) to the position of dental supervisor _for the State school dental service, it is understood that dental nurses are to receive intensive training for two years in a limited field of treatment of infants' deciduous teeth up to the age of six, and in preventive methods and general treatment. Children in tho primary schools will be entirely in the hands of_ qualified dentists, and the Service will bo extended as rapidly as men are available from tho Otago Dental School.
