SYDNEY, November 24. The National Party Conference passed a motion in favour of single electorates, with preferential voting. They rejected a motion for abolition of the Upper House and decided that membership of the Chamber should be limited. MELBOURNE, November 24.
The Farmers' Party in the Assembly challenged the Government on the Ad-dress-in-Reply, on rlio grounds that they were dissatisfied with its policy.
