CHARGE OF MANSLAUGHTER.

[Pan Press Association.] AUCKLAND, June 14. The trial of Alfred Thomas Percy Dare, aged twenty-three, on a charge of having committed manslaughter by killing Arthur John Horton at Penrose 011 Januarv 26, was commenced in the Supreme Court to-day. It is alleged that Dare ■ as driver of a motor-car which collided with a bicycle ridden by Horton. who sustained fatal miunes. Tho case for the prosecution had nob concluded when tho Court adjourned.
