A keeper named May was hosing from the outside the Polar bear's cage at the Zoo, when a bear seized him, tore off his arm at the elbow, and ate it. ENTERTAINING THE PRINCE. MELBOURNE, February 16. A meeting of returned soldiers passed a resolution expressing utter disgUßt and_ disapproval of expending large sums in entertaining the Prince of Wales. The money would be better expended in relieving the urgent need of returned soldiers and their families.
