(Received February 12, 7.60 p'.m») AMSTERDAM, February 10. ~ Th® ex-Crown Prince has written to the Dutch newspaper "Algemeen Haadelsblad'; stating that he telegraphed to the Kings of England, Belgium and Italy, the Presidents of France and America and the Emperor of Japan that it was impossible to find a Government in Germany able to acquiesce in th© demand for the surrender of war criminals. He offers himself for trial in place of those who only served then* country in tun© of war.
