A meeting of the committee of the Canterbury Jockey Club was held yesterday morning to consider matters m connection with the destruction of the grandstand at the Ricoarton racecourse. After some discussion, the meeting adjourned until to-day, the members of the committee to thorn assemble at the raceoourso.
