SHOP EMPLOYEE ARRESTED.
[PIOI P»B88 AssOCTATJOIC.} HAMILTON. July 4. A shop assistant named Ganderton was discovered by the police at the door of his employer's shop with his overcoat pockets filled with goods. When accosted, he Baid' he had bought them. This the employer, Gfanderten's lodgings were searched and a collection of goods valued at £2O was found. At the Police Court this morning a remand was granted for a week, bail being refused.
