The Australian Press Association learns that the rising in Egypt has practically ended, and a recrudescence is impossible. The railways and telegraphs in lower Egypt have been ret stored, and the situation on the Upper Nile is secure. A column under General Huddleston has reached Assuam (a town of upper Egypt, on the right bank of tho Nile).
