RESIGNATION OF MINISTER. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. LONDON, April 4. Sir Auckland Geddes, Minister of Reconstruction, has resigned. PREFERENCE FOR EMPIREGROWN TEA. It is reported that the Budget will give preference to Empire-grown tea by increasing tho duty on ioreigngrown tea by 2d in the lb.
