KILLED BY WAGGON CAPSIZE. [Pee Press Association.] GORE, February 25. James Garden, aged fifty-six, was killed on a steep hill near tho Fairplaoe Estate, Riversdale, on Saturday, through a waggon containing fencing posts capsizing. An inquest was held yesterday, when a verdict of accidental death was' returned. The deceased was married, and his wife resides in South Dunedin. S. Whitehead, who was injured at the motQr carnival on Saturday, was reported to be improving at the Hospital yesterday.
