CONSTANTTNE TO BE RESTORED GENEVA, November 23.
"Lo Journal" states that the Germans are sending troops from tho Russian front to tho Balkans to drive the Anglo-French from Salonika, and then to reinstate ex-King Constantine on tho throne of Greece.

ATTEMPTED FRATERNISING REBUFFED.
A. and N.Z. Cable. Association and Renter. LONDON, November 23. A Rumanian communique states: Attempted fraternising by the enemy was repulsed by rifle fire.
