WHOLESALE BROACHTNG ON OPAWA. [Per Press Associattow.l \UCKLAND, November 21. • Evidence of widespread cargo pillaging has been discovered cm too steamer Opawa, which arrived from Liverpool via Sydney yesterday. Hie Customs searchers found broken cases in the holds and elsewhere, and "plants" of pillaged cargo, indicating an alarming amount of broacning. Two seamen havo been arrested and charged with pillaging.
