A Rumanian communique says : Enemy qttacks in Western Moldavia and at Dragoslavele were repulsed. We retired on the left bank of the Alt and in the Jiul region. ENEMY REPORTS. (Received November 17, 9.33 p.m.) AMSTERDAM, November 16. A German communique says:—The Rumanians are stubbornly defending the frontier passes. We took 1200 prisoners.
