RUMANIA’S WAR.
TRANSYLVANIA FRONT. ENEMY REPULSED AT CAMPULUNG. Australian and N.Z. Cable As*»c:ation and Reuter. LONDON, November 16. A Russian communique says— The Rumanians repulsed,.with enormous loss, attacks at Campulung, whore the enemy aro employing many heavy guns. Wo have again made progress southward in the Dobrudja. A Rumanian communique says : Enemy qttacks in Western Moldavia and at Dragoslavele were repulsed. We retired on the left bank of the Alt and in the Jiul region. ENEMY REPORTS. (Received November 17, 9.33 p.m.) AMSTERDAM, November 16. A German communique says:—The Rumanians are stubbornly defending the frontier passes. We took 1200 prisoners.
