BOTTLE CAMPAIGN.
WILLING .WORKERS WANTED
A meeting of the sub-committee of the Lady Liverpool Fund controlling the bottle collection was held yesterday afternoon, Mis R, Hustie presiding.
The secretary (Mrs S. Paterson) reported that tho depot was practically " snowed up" •with, bottles,;and there,was great need ior. & number of .willing workers, both men and. wctix'n. to a.vist in sorting thorn. Soverat members of the Edgeware Bowling Club had given great .assistance, and it was hoped that the members of other bowling clubs would follow the'example set by the Edgewnre play.ere. The C.D.C. had promised, to assist, and if the committee had eomo more women to assist in the afternoons the preaent' difficulty would be overcome soon. Mrs Haatie said that it was most gratifying that they 'hfld. such .a collection of bottles, but as, they wanted to finish matters connected with the collection before the end qf thD present month, it was essential,that they should receive more help. The secretary was instructed to communicate with the different bowling olubs, and ask if their members would assist.
