IMPORTANT ARRESTS. A MILLION STOLEN ANNUALLY. (Received June 18, 11 p.m.) JOHANNESBURG, June 18. The internment of Germans at Dela* goa, Bay is a decisive factor in countering the activities of a big gang of gold stealers. Four of German des* oent were convicted in one week. It is computed that gold thefts hitherto have been £1,000,000 annually, at least half of which has gone to Germany.
