SCHOOL COMMITTEES.
REDCLIFFS. The Rcdcliffs School Committee met last night; present—Messrs G. Hines (chairrnarO, G. Moon, J. Riley, H. Andrews and C. Bishop. The head master's report stated that ine average attendance was highly »t----isfactory. The annual school picnic w<&B fixed for March 18. A sub-committee. w»« appointed to canvass tho district in a 44 of funds, for the picnic. Owing to the "want of suitable soil, it was decided to leases the improvement of the school ground over till nest month. The resignation cf the caretaker was received, and it was decided to recommend the appointment cf Mi S. Wilt* shir*. .:
