"Petit Parisien " says that the army working intensely to bring the effectives up to full strength. Young soldiers have bad six months' training, the entire country is working on munitions, and there is no longer any lark of rifles. If the Germans were unable to succeed in September when the Russians were -wretchedly equipped it is quite impossible now. The Russians hope in July to see Warsaw reconquered.
