NURSING IN EGYPT.
TO THE EDITOR. Sir,—-In answer to a- letter from a "Volunteer Sister," I think that she must have been- misinformed, as she stated '• that work was being done for our boys in hospitals by natives, which might have been done by us.-.' s " .As I have just returned from Egypt and have seen the working of some of the large military hosptals. I have no hesitation in saying that natives are not in any capacity employed in the wards, the nursing and ward work being done by trained sisters and orderlies.—l am, RETURNED MEMBER OF N.Z.A.X.S. • i
