The well-informed " Mcssager d'Atuenes " states that the delayed advance on Salonika is due to Germany's failure to reconcile the claims of Austria and Bulgaria. Each wants the other to attack. Bulgaria will not do so unless given Salonika to keep. Germany has not yet persuaded Austria to consent to this request. NEW SERBIAN ARMY. 130,000 READY FOR SERVICE. SALONIKA, February 20. A force of 130,000 Serbians has been drilled and equipped at Corfu, and is now ready for service on the mainland'.
