AUCKLAND DECISION. [Pir Press Association.] AUCKLAND, February 19. The Auckland "Waterside Workers decided by 292 votes to 213 to join the New Zealand Arbitration Federation. The decision was unexpected. The union will require to surrender the right of selection, and may be committed to a ten p.m. day. The door will now be opened to any wkarfers who have been unable to work on the wharves since the 1913 strike. >
