THEFTS FROM CYCLISTS.

TO THE EDITOK. Sir,—As a reader of your valuable paper, I would like to draw your attention to the thieving that goes on at the Tepid 1 Baths cycle stand. As a victim of these mean thefts, I have had the misfortune to lose, a couple of lamps ami a cycle pump, the whole valued at 255. If this thing cannot be stopped, I intend to withdraw my patronage from the baths in the future. .1 would think it a duty to the great number of patrons of the baths if the committee would look into the matter and make an example of the culprits. The Bath Committee has busied itself with methods of popularising the baths, but if it wants the cycling public it is going the wrong way about it. —I am. etc., SUBURBAN.
