(Received September 10, 10.30 p.m.) WASHINGTON'. September 10.
Germany’s Note regarding the Arabic has been received. Tb contends that the steamer changed her course, causing the submarine to torpedo her. WEEK’S LIST. TEN SHIPS SUNK. LONDON, September 9. Out of 143 S sailings and arrivals for the week, ten merchantmen, totalling 27,826 tons, were sunk, and also four fishing boats.
