Mr Frederick Leveson Harris (Unionist), who represented the Stepney Division of Tower Hamlets from 1907 •o 1910, and Tynemouth from 1900 to 1906, has been returned unopposed for tho Eastern Division of Worcestershire, rendered vacant by the resignation of the Right Honorable Austen Chamberlain in order to become member for West Birmingham, his late father's constituency. WIRELESS STATIONS. THE IMPERIAL CHAIN. (Received July 17, 9 p.m.) LONDON, July 17. In the Houso of Commons Mr Samuel said that construction difficulties had delayed the Imperial wireless stations, but the difficulties were practically overcome. Masts had been constructed in England and Egypt and tho material sent to East Africa, India and Singapore.
