Southerly gale, decreasing for a time, but freshening again later. After a rhort spoil of fino conditions and severe frost a return of boisterous weather is to bo expected, with further rain, hail and snow squalls. Dominion Meteorologist's forecast: Tho barometer gradient is unusually steep to tho westward, and conditions are threatening for stormy and wet weather everywhere, with southerly winds, strong to a gale, prevailing.
