The former, who fenced well, had too much speed on tho flat for Corrie, and tho solid pace was probably the cause for the latter. striking several of the flights rather hard. Daylight Bill (Easton) gave a pleasing display over the big fonc©3 yesterday. Don Ctesai- (was recently suffering from &' bad cold, and it was thought that the horse would not be ab.o to race at Canterbury Park, but ho has recovered quickly, and will now bo amongst those starting. R. Logan, the Oaran.ru trainer, arrived on Monday with Regina Belle, Arbiter, Wilkio and Stnnley's Child.
