The body of Robert Malcolm ijrosbie, manager of Uurt and (Jo.'s factory, at .fort Chalmers, who has been missing since 'Wednesday weeli, was tound tins morning in Lower Dundas Street by some boys who were looking for rabbits.

CUT HIS THROAT. [Per Press Association.] DUNEiHiN, May 31.

A man named Morrison, in the employ of the Dunedin City Corporation at Waipori Falls, cue his throat on Saturday. He had been in Dunedin, and returned to the Falls'on Thursday, and was working on Friday. A dootor was procured from Outram and dressed the wound, which appears to be bad. Morrison tore the bandages from the wound, and attempted to rush off to the bush. He was conveyed to the hospital in Dunedin* where he lies in a rather serious condition.

DEATH FROM A FALL. • [Per Press Association.] DUNEDIN, May 31. ■ John Semple, a singlo man, aged 56 years, employed as a farm labourer at Milburn, met with a fatal accideat yesterday. He was engaged in carting hay, and while leaving the paddock with a load lost his balance and fell heavily from the cart to the ground. He landed on his head and shoulders, and on attempting to rise found that he had lost the use of his limbs. Tha unfortunate man was conveyed to the hospital, where he died this morning.

B. Burrell, residing in Albert Street, Bur wood, and employed in S. C. Thompson's saw mill, fell on a revolving saw on Saturday afternoon and cut his hand. He was admitted to the Hospital. !__•
