WIRELESS INSTALLATION COMPULSORY.

The text of Mr Burns's Bill giving effect to the recommendations of the Safety at Sea Commission, has been issued. Every ship carrying fifty persons must be provided with wireless. Penalties aro provided for failure to wirelessly comnmnicato dangers to navigation.
