On Thursday evening at the_ Webb Street Methodist Church, Wellington, Mr C. M. Luke was presented with a long-service diploma of honour issued in Loudon, and bearing the seal of the World’s Sunday School Union, in consideration of thirty-five years’ active service as a Sunday school teacher and officer. At the opening of the new tramway service to St Martins on Saturday, Mr G. Scott, chairman of the Heatncote . County Council, presented Mr C. S.
