SAD CASE IN SYDNEY,

Mrs Flora Kerr, a resident of Auckland, who with her son was staying at Darlinghurst, died in the Hospital from the effects of poison. Deceased, whose husband is a patient in the Auckland Hospital, has been depressed for some months. She was found on Friday last struggling in bed with a bottle of poison beside her.

She left a note, “ God alone knows the trouble I have had. Take care of the boy. He is worth it.”
