A 'message from Rome says that the Turks and Arabs were routed at Binnsafer, near Derna, with considerable loss. Twelve. Italians were killed and eighty-three wounded. AN ULTIMATUM. ROME, October 14. The Government has given the Porte Until Tuesday to accept the peace terms as at present drafted. It is expected that naval action in the will follow if the Porte should refuse. Italy is summoning half a million reserves owing to the possible failure of the negotiations on Tuesday.
