The Constantinople correspondent if the "Times" says that the Turkish, delegates made proposals of peace which 'there is a chance rf Italy regarding favourably. The Italians refused to accept tho coastline, leaving the hinterland and one port of exit in the hands of the Turks. Tho Turkish delegates then proposed that Tripoli and Cyrenaiaca should remain under tho suzerainty of the Sultan, whom Sheik El Senussi represents. Italy having the military and civil administration.
