It is semi-officially stated that the Mirdites and Malissori arc preparing for a general rising, occripying the mountains on the Montenegrin frontier.
Turkish soldiers in the kanas of Alcssio and Scutari where martial law is in force massacred twenty-five Christians after terribly torturing and mutilating them. OETTINJE, September 14.
A hundred Turks were killed and fifty captured in a hot fight in the Hati district on Wednesday, the Malissori losing twenty. The Turks wero again repulsed on Friday.
