[Fnoit Our Cosrf.spondkkt.] WELLINGTON, May 4. - The Hon J. T. Paul, president of the United Labour Party, left here for Dunedin to-nijjht. He states that in conjunction with Professor Mills ho has been busy during the last- few weeks pushing on the details of the organisation, and already it is meeting with success. "We have a Labour Mayor in Wellington," he said, ''we have also one in Christchurch, and at Masterton the party carried its nominee' for the Mayoralty against a welK entrenched opposition. Birkenhead, one of the Auckland suburbs, also has a Labour Mavor, and we are hopeful of returning Mr Edward Tregear to the Wellington City Council."
