LINCOLN CEMETERY.
TO THE EDITOR.
Sir,—l would like to draw the attention of the residents of Lincoln and surrounding districts to a few facts in connection with a lett#r appearing in this morning's "Lyttelton Times regarding the Lincoln Cemetery. About eighteen months ago I obtained, permission from the Cemetery Board to collect subscriptions towards repairing the cemetery. At a meeting held at the cemetery on December 10, 1910, of the. Board, and also a number of subscribers, it was agreed to spend £B, £4 of the sum I had collected, and £4 of the sum which the Board had in hand.
