The Italians hoodwinked the Turks hv means of a feint near Enzuir under cover of the battleships which shelled large bodies of Turks pro* paring to resist a supposed landing. Meanwhile other battleships escorted a large convoy of transports elsewhere on the Libyan coast, where they disembarked.
