The University College Council lias approved of tho report and recommendations el' the special committee expressing hearty approval of the proposal to establish a Consci yatorium oi Music in the dominion, and its readiness to undertake the management oi tho Consei'vatorium in connection with its present School of Music, provided the Government would grant suitable financial assistance for equipment and maintenance.
