UNFAIR TRADERS TO BE BOYCOTTED. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, March 16. British manufacturers and exporters have formed an influential Association to combat unscrupulous foreign competition. They do not propose to boycott foreign goods generally, but only those that aro palmed off on tho public as British. They also intend to institute prosecutions against fraudulent traders.
