EAST CHRISTCHURCH CLUB. The East Christchurch Amateur Swimming Club held two races on Wednesday evening, a club race of 104yds, and tho second distr.nco (50yds) of the Calvert handicap for junior members. Tho following are the results : 104yds Handicap—First heat: F. E. Dodge, scr, 1; W. Cookson, 6sec, 2. G. Gemmell Bsec and L. Booker 29sec also started. Second I heat: A. Brightling, 3sec, 1; L. Dodge, 7sec, 2. A. Ross Usee and D. Coulter 20aec also started. Third heat: R. Dodge, 9seo, 1; T. Delamere. 20sec, 2. F. Oakes 16sec, T. O'Keefe 15f=ec and F. Collins 20seo also started. Fourth heat; J. Stirling, 21sec, 1; F. Truscott, Bsec, and N. M'Dowell, 17seo, equal 2. H. Howard 12seo and P. Cookson 17seo also started. Final: R. Dodge, 9sec, 1; J. Stirling, Slsec, 2. A.
