THE LICENSING QUESTION.
THE QUEENSLAND MOVEMENT. United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright. BRISBANE, April 22. A report, prepared by Mr Ranking, Polico Magistrate, upon the New Zealand licensing law, has been submitted to tho Chief Secretary. The contents liavo not been divulged, but it is understood that they are adverse to the Now Zealand prohibition laws. Tho work of drafting a Licensing Bill for submission at next session is progressing.
